Finance Officer

Job Purpose

  • Prepares financial reports for general management use
  • Maintains company journals and ledgers
  • Performs reconciliations of company financial data

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of Accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
  • Any ad hoc projects


Education/Professional Qualification:

  • Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Navision experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

Language Requirements:

  • English and Chinese (preferred)
