Prior to joining TOUCH, James spent more than 20 years in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in the area of real estate strategy, consulting, portfolio and asset management. He held leadership appointments with regional and global firms, and has worked in major cities across Asia and the USA. From 2009 to 2013, he served as the Singapore Chairperson of one of the largest global real estate association. Under his leadership, the Singapore chapter grew to become the largest chapter in Asia.

Kwong Kin Mun is the Head of Southeast Asia for Wealth Management and a Member of the Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
Kin Mun sets and oversees the strategic direction of a team comprising over 150 people servicing the needs of high net worth clients in Southeast Asia. Kin Mun brings with him extensive experience, having spent the last 30 years in the financial industry. With his knowledge in the private banking and wealth management sectors, Kin Mun is able to help clients leverage on Deutsche Bank’s strengths and networks in the region.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2009, Kin Mun was the South Asia Private Banking Head of DBS Bank where he was responsible for managing and developing its private banking business in the region. He joined DBS in 2003 as its private bank's marketing head.
Kin Mun previously held senior private banking positions at Citigroup Private Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS Wealth Management. He also had experience as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch.
Kin Mun graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and Sociology, from the National University of Singapore.
KUOK, Lay Hoon is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Arrowlight Consulting Private Limited. She has more than 20 years of experience in the area of human resources management, leadership and strategic advisory.
Lay Hoon has held top leadership positions in regional and global HR functions. She spent about 12 years with JPMorgan & Chase; her last appointment was Managing Director, responsible for its Human Resources function in the Asia Pacific region. She was also Chief Human Resources Officer of Neptune Orient Lines Ltd Group, one of the largest shipping companies in the world. In that role, she oversaw the global human resources function covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Lay Hoon has led projects in HR transformation and process re-engineering, talent management, change management during mergers & acquisition and right sizing of business operations. She has also been an advisor to chairman of boards, and CEOs and executive coach to many senior executives.
Lay Hoon has worked in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore and has vast experience in working with executives from diverse cultures and background. She has a credible track record in facilitating top management, leadership team alignment and in coaching executives in achieving personal and organizational success.
Lay Hoon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. She is also certified to administer Hogen assessment tools, Lominger instruments and the MBTI.
