Steps to Registration:
- Registration can only be done through Cell Leader.
- Go online to http://bit.ly/YNevents to register.
- Payment will be done via eNets (you will need internet banking)
- After payment, Cell Leader will receive an email with instructions to be sent to member/s to submit the following:
a. Other particulars via google form.
b. Consent or Indemnity form.
Important Information needed for google form:
- Name as per Passport
- NRIC/FIN Number
- Passport Number & Expiry Date (Passport Expiry Date has to be more than 6 months from the date of departure)
- Nationality
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- Institution
- T-Shirt size
- Departure information
- Next of Kin & Medical information
Registration will ONLY complete upon submission of all forms. You can drop the completed consent/indemnity forms into the document drop-box provided at either TC, GT or Suntec.
