Youth With A Mission (YWAM)'s University of the Nations (UofN) Bali campus is to be an "INCUBATOR" and a "MULTIPLIER" for missions. It trains and equips Indonesians and other world Christians to go to the nations, including Indonesia. They are also to assist and strengthen YWAM Indonesia.

Alan and Susie Lim started UofN Bali in September 2006 together with an initial team of six staff from Singapore, Canada, Indonesia, Japan and India. Today, their 60 plus staff and students come from about 15 different nations. One of their strategies is to take Indonesians on ministry teams to the nations to expose and give them confidence and a call to the nations. To date, their teams have been to Singapore, Malaysia, Timor Leste, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Vanuatu, Australia, India, Nepal, Germany, Switzerland, South Africa. They have one long term missionary in Nanjing China and two in Timor Leste.
YWAM desire to be a Christ centered community family, experiencing Christ in their midst and through one another. They desire that the love of God that we experience through living and serving together will flow into the communities and ministries that they are called to.
YWAM desire to live out Jesus' value, to DO first, then TEACH. So, they begin ministries first, then followed by training schools.
YWAM run the following ministries at UofN Bali:
- Ministry to men and women in Bali's prison.
- Ministry to teenagers and women in prostitution.
- Hospital visitation ministry
- Slum ministry to kids
- Primary Health Care ministry.
- Crisis relief ministry
- Jimbaran kid's club
- Skim boarding ministry to kids.
- Soccer ministry training over 200 children
- Surfing ministry.
- Creative Arts and Evangelism ministry.

- Primary Healthcare school.
- Biblical Core coure school.
- School of Worship
- Community Development Internship Course.
- Primary Health Care Internship program.
- Leadership Training programs.
- Staff Development programs.
- School of MIssions.
