Job Purpose

Support the Finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Verification of vendors’ invoices
  • Data entry
  • General administrative tasks such as filing

Requirements

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Reasonable written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to handle full set of Accounts (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Navision experience is preferred

Language Requirements

  • English

Job Purpose

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepares financial reports for general management use
  • Maintains company journals and ledgers
  • Performs reconciliations of company financial data, researches variances, and adjusts as needed
  • Enters, reviews, and/or approves financial transactions in company financial systems
  • Interprets and analyses financial reports for organisation management
  • Assists with special projects as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of Accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
  • Assist to develop and implement the accounting procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements
  • Review and improve workflow
  • Liaise with bankers, external and internal auditors, tax and secretarial agents
  • Any ad hoc projects

Requirements

Education/Professional Qualification:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • CPA certification preferred 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyse data and make suggestions for adjustment or process improvements
  • Ability to understand and apply GAAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Navision experience is preferred
  • Supervisory skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

English and Chinese (preferred)

Job Purpose

FCBC (Faith Community Baptist Church) is a highly dynamic church organization. We are seeking a determined individual to work in a friendly environment that service the church, her members and the community with passion and commitment, especially in venue management and logistical support. The incumbent is required to manage, maintain and prepare church facilities for support of various events.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the housekeeping of the facilities.
  • Ensure that only authorized users have accessed to booked venue.
  • Reports to the Facilities Supervisor in the management of the compound.  Feedback on maintenance issues and critical incidents.
  • Assist contractors and vendors to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare the venue and provide logistical support for the smooth operation of the celebration services, meetings etc.

Education/Professional Qualification:

  • 3 years of working experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual duties.

Working Conditions

  • The working hours is 42.5 hours per week. (Part-time position is also available)
  • Require to work on weekends.
  • Reporting work venue is TOUCHCENTRE.
  • Work closely with vendors and cleaners.

Physical Requirements

  • The incumbent is required to be fit to handle setup and moving of logistics.
