For 14 years, I have attended the International G12 Conference hosted by Mision Carismatica Internacional (MCI) in Bogota, Colombia. During this time, I’ve witnessed how one church – under the leadership of a true man of God, has transformed the face of a nation through unceasing prayer and active engagement in social issues. And the one at the forefront of this is none other than Pastor Cesar Castellanos, founder of MCI and the G12 Vision. Pastor Cesar is also a true apostle of Christ. Both he and his family are not only living testimonies of their faithfulness and authenticity, but also a reflection of their spiritual influence and Christ-centred lives. Since the beginning of Pastor Cesar’s ministry, signs and wonders have followed him powerfully. He experienced a near death encounter when he was victim of an assassination attempt. To this day, he still has two bullets imbedded in him as a reminder of God’s special grace in his life. These experiences have made him the man he is today – a broken and humble man who dares to dream great dreams for the Lord.
And not just him – but every single one of his cell groups believes they can win the multitudes and become a megachurch. Likewise, I pray that each and every cell group in FCBC will not be caught up in finding your 12, 144 or 1728, but rather, have faith and believe that your cell group can become a blessing to the nations. Let’s dare to dream big for the Lord and claim His promise to us in Psalm 2:8 (NKJV), “Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.”
So as FCBC continues to be a blessing to Singapore and the nations, Senior Pastor Nina and I want to bless you, your family and loved ones with good health and happiness this Chinese New Year!
