Preparing For God's Harvest

Dear family,
Exciting days are ahead for us and fellow Christians here in Singapore as we diligently prepare for God’s impending harvest of souls in 2019! If you recall, last year was our preparatory year, where many LoveSingapore churches gathered for one common mission – to concertedly plant, cultivate and harvest many transformed lives for God’s Kingdom. If you have not started planting seeds yet, it’s not too late to get started now. So that come 7 October, we’ll be able to cultivate our plants as we pray as one body at the Sports Hub during PraySingapore.

We’re about four months away from PraySingapore now, and I want to encourage all of us to pray with confidence from Isaiah 45:8, “Rain down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it.”

Church, we need to seek the Lord individually and corporately till He comes and rains righteousness on you and me. The path of the righteous is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter on the perfect day. Dear family, we need to be filled with heavenly rain, God’s healing touch. We need His holy hand to bind our wounds and place His life onto our broken ground, our broken hearts, and our broken lives.

So come for PraySingapore and let God fill our emptiness with His love – with every dewdrop of His abounding presence. Earthly fillers cannot give us satisfaction, we need the touch of God to fill us and heal our wounds. God wants to extend His best gift to us according to His mercy and grace – Jesus Christ, our all in all. We need to let go and let God. When we do, our Lord Jesus will live in us, and our hearts will overflow with life and love, always.
